Who we are:

The farm holiday Sabori Antigu takes birth in 2001, from an old passion of mine (i am Piero Piras, the owner). And it is on account of that passion thet later y will give up the job that y had, and dedicate my self completely to my new project. Now y can finally utilize all the knowledge passed down to he from my family about tipical sardinian restauration. It was in fact my grandmother Vitalia who infused me with her great passion for cooking ever since i was a little boy. Grandmà Vitalia started cooking and serving her preparations in the same little town where site was born more then one century ago ... in 1896, and she succesfully continued her activity, always using first quality meat or fish, and the fresh products of her own garden. in 1959, my father Mansueto, with the help of my mother Lidia, brought new enthusiasm in the kitchen of grandmà Vitalia, and the traditional recepies were cooked with even more attention and served with the hospitality and the cordiality for which sardinian people are famous. At present, i am proud to say, thet it is with the same love and care of grandmà Vitalia and of my parents Mansueto and Lidia, that me, my wife Bruna, and my two children Mirko and Martina are carrying on theactivities of Sabori Antigu. The farm holiday Sabori Antigu is situated in a splendid naturalistic scenery of rare beauty, it offers all the modern conforts in a calm and serene atmosphere, where the perfumes of mother nature and the aromas of Sabori Antigu mix toghether and narture body and spirit. On the same property where our guests will be stayng we grow fresh products, such as eggplants courgette, tomatoes, peppers, broad beans, peas, cucumbers, mellons, watermellons, grape, and many many other vegetables.
